Project Background:
A structural audit of the crushing plant had been carried out by Yenem in 2015. A recommendation in the report was for ongoing inspections at intervals of 2 years.
For this site audit, Yenem asked to provide a site audit that included the crushing plant as well as four dome shelters, wash plant and workshops.
Scope of Work
Our scope of work comprised a visual inspection and report of the crushing plant, wash plant, workshops and dome shelters.
Other key Yenem activities included:
- Review supplied data,
- Visit site to carry out inspection,
- Submit deliverables for client approval prior to finalisation,
- Review and action feedback from deliverables issued for approval,
- Stamp and sign PDF copies of the final deliverables
